靖国神社

　数年前の私からは考えられない気もしますが、あまり要らないことは書かない方がいいですね。冒頭から迷走してすいません。
　
　ふと勢いで東京に行ったのですが、それは別サイトのブログに書きました、それで、せっかく東京に行ったので、どこか神社かお寺かも寄ろうと思ったときに、ふと靖国神社に行こうと思って立ち寄りました。文章力が弱くてわかりにくいですが、当日ふと靖国神社に行こうと思ったわけではなく、東京に行くなら靖国神社にも行きたいと思って、当日靖国神社に行きました。
　
　メディアなどでは何度か見聞きしたことがありました。自分で行くのは初めてだったので、東京メトロの九段下駅を降りて、まずは案内板を見ました。そして出口を確認して地上に出て少し行くと大きな鳥居が見えました。




　少し離れた位置から見ても鳥居が大きいなと思いました。信号を渡って鳥居をくぐり神社に向かうのですが、参道がけっこう長い。暑い日だったのでけっこう遠くに感じました。




　コロナも収まって ( 第 9波が来てるという有識者もいらっしゃいますが ) 海外の方もちらほらいらっしゃたし、観光客というかお参りに来たであろう方々も多かったし、通学路になっているのか生徒や児童も多かったですね。そんなわけで人がけっこう映り込んでしまうので、写真を撮ったりなかなかできなかったので、この 2枚だけですので、ちょっと靖国神社かどうかわかりにくいですね。
　
　本殿でお参りを済ませた後は御朱印もいただきました、通常の御朱印だけでなく夏限定の御朱印もあったのですが、通常の御朱印だけいただきました。
　
　生きてるうちに、また来ることがあるかどうかわかりません。今回が最初で最後の参拝になるかもしれませんが、普段私が時々行く比較的近所の神社と比べると、とにかく大きいというか広い神社でした。参拝できて良かったと思います。

After finishing my prayers at the main shrine, I also received an “Goshuin” (temple seal) at Yasukuni Shrine. They had not only the regular Goshuin but also a limited edition summer Goshuin. However, I only received the regular Goshuin.

I don’t know if I’ll have the opportunity to visit again while I’m alive. This may be my first and last visit, but compared to the relatively local shrines I occasionally visit, Yasukuni Shrine was incredibly large and spacious. I’m glad I was able to make this pilgrimage.
